Hello Internet, my name is Jen. This is my blog. Why do I have a blog? Well, that's a question I've been asking myself for an hour or so now since one of my best friends help me set this thing up. I'm technologically delayed. She does all my tech stuff and Bless her for it.
I've been tossing around the idea of a blog for some weeks now. Several of my tweeps and girl friends have blogs, and they're all great. I felt a little left out at our tweetups. But I figured I didn't have much to say that was worthy of publishing (even self publishing).
However like true friends the ladies have all told me at one time or another that I'm funny enough to have my own blog and the craziest stuff happens to me. Everybody has that friend with the crazy "I can't believe that happened to you" life. That girl is me.
I promise not to rant (too much). I'll try not to be too political (try, I said try). And I absolutely won't use any real names. Cause that would just be mean.
I am a nurse and some medical bits may wander in from time to time but that's not the focus of this blog. The focus is sharing the crazy fun joyful and sometimes unhappy stuff that is life.
The name of the blog is What a woman wants. Cause I want stuff. Big stuff, little stuff, spiritual stuff, material stuff.
I don't pretend to speak for all women, that would be silly. I speak for me. The opinions are all mine, right, wrong or whacked. It's all just me.
So welcome, keep your hands and arms inside the trolly at all times and don't feed the trolls. I won't be.
